You will use or be willing to use document storage and extraction systems like Hubdoc, Ezzybills or Receipt bank. You won’t shy away from training, collaboration and conferencing tools such as TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Trello or Zoom as you have used them internally and with your clients already. You may have your own Practice Management system such as Xero Practice Manager.
We believe that technology and the cloud has opened tremendous efficiencies and the ability to work remotely. We expect our clients to have the same mindset. Without these tools, collaborating between teams would be difficult.
